NOTE: To add a utility account to your profile, you will need your utility account number and last payment amount.  If paying your utility bill for the first time, enter 0.00 where it asks for last payment amount.  If you are a new City of Forest Grove customer, you will need to wait until your first bill has generated before registering for Auto Pay.  Please contact Customer Service at 503.992.3221 with any questions.
